The Venues - Hotel Ottilia

At Hotel Ottilia you might stay in a hotel room that you have not experiences before. The rooms reflect the historic buildings in which the hotel is located with a completely unique design.

Hotel Ottilia is in the centre of this new area. Explore the neighbourhood on bike or walk around the small streets and areas where you will find the local Copenhageners hanging out in the small squares or in one of the historic gardens among the industrial buildings (once known for brewing beer). Carlsberg city district is known for beer. The name probably says it all, as it is more precisely Carlsberg Breweries due to J. Jacobsen. You can still find the original historic buildings, the old stables with brewery horses and The Jacobsen Brewery House.

In the historic building, you can live in different room types with a cool industrial look, raw concrete, open bathrooms and smart lightning installations. In some of the rooms, you have large round panoramic windows that you can sit by. Here you can get a view of Bryggernes Plads with fountains, cafes, shops and lots of life.

Named after its striking frieze, the hall showcases a powerful depiction of the events leading up to Ragnarok, where the old world perishes and a new one is reborn, drawn from Nordic mythology.

In the atmosphere of the Empress's presence, this hall offers an elegant setting for a smaller business meeting or breakout room.


This hall contains several iconic busts, including the most famous of them, 'Two People,' created by the renowned Norwegian-Danish sculptor Stephan Sinding in 1891.
